Autumn Birthday Cards

Happy Sunday!
Fall has officially arrived! Well, at least it has here in Colorado! The leaves are beginning to change color and we've got the fire on as I write this. It's been a cold and rainy day!

Kelly came up with a wonderful way to combine our Shenanigans birthday stamp set with a couple of our autumn sets to create fabulous fall colored birthday cards!

She stamped the leaf images from Autumn Blessings in multiple colors to create a pile of leaves on her cardfront. Then she added the big words from Shenanigans in coordinating ink colors, and a beautiful sentiment from Amber Waves embossed in gold. She really captured the essence of fall color!

Kelly was smart and stamped a few of these pretty cards changing up the colors a bit to make each unique. She's ready for those fall birthdays now!

I hope you find some time to get your ink on today :)

Stunning card and a Winner!

Happy Monday!

Today I have a stunning card for you from Lisa and a winner from our fun Chibitronics blog hop!
First let's see Lisa's creation featuring Casual Comfort and Be stamps.

"To create my card I started with a panel of Bristol Cardstock. Since I already knew that I wanted to have a watercolored background I went ahead and stamped all of my images and sentiment with Versafine Ink. I then used a mix of Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pens to color on plastic, and a waterbrush to add the colors onto my card. I love that these pens are bold and bright when applied, and of course the sparkle is where it's really at! After my panel was dry I adhered it to two strips of black cardstock and finally onto my cardbase. I opted for no other embellishments as I felt the sparkle in the background was enough."

And now to announce the winner of the $30 gift code!
2 days of blog hopping featuring amazing designers using our stamps and Chibitronics light kits.
It was positively de"light"ful!
The winner from day 2 from Kelly's blog is:
It sounds complicated but totally worth it, Kelly. The results are amazing and your tutorial makes it sound possible. My face lit up just like the card.

Bobby, please email me at to claim your prize!

I hope you find some time to get your ink on today :)

Holiday Savings Parade Day 3

It's Day 3 of our Holiday Savings Parade!
3 fantastical days of holiday creativity from the Girl Fridays using lots of the stamp and die sets that are in our SALE section at fantastical prices!

You are going to have lots and lots of ideas for your Christmas card projects this year!
First up is Kimberly!

Oh my goodness! I love that she used the little snowflake stamps from Lovely Blessings to stamp that pretty background! Then, she embossed the big sentiment from that set on black cardstock. But that's not all! She also embossed Holly Jolly Borders in white on her sentiment panel. Love it!

Oh wow! She used a negative die cut from Flurry to create a stencil for her colorful flakes! So pretty! But wait, there's more again! She also cut a flake from her card panel and made a shaker element! How fun is that?
Let's get a close up of that...

And now let's see what Nora created!

Check out that Funky Flake cut from glitter paper! So sparkly and pretty and perfectly placed on the Ornament Tag! The silver foil paper she used to cut the Noel sentiment and the Ornament topper add such a wonderful shine!

The fun thing about Funky Flakes is that you can layer the die cuts together to create your own unique flakes! I love this pink flaked Ornament Tag! Just imagine these on your packages under your tree! You could do the flakes in any color to coordinate with your gift wrap :)

Check it out done up in gold on a Tag Buddies Fri-Die!

This is just plain pretty! The gold twine, the gold embossed Snowy Sayings sentiment, the gold flakes with gold sequins...I'm loving all the gold!

Today is the last day of our inspiration parade, but the SALE will continue while supplies last  through the end of the month.
Check out our SALE section, no code needed :)

I hope you find some time to get your ink on today :)

Holiday Savings Parade Day 2!

We are back for Day 2 of our Holiday Savings Parade!

The Girl Fridays have created stunning projects featuring some of the sets we have marked down to super special prices in our SALE category!
If you missed yesterday's post, you'll want to double back to see the eye candy!

First up today is Lisa!

Oh what fun is that open sleigh? It looks so fun cut from pattern paper and layered together. You could do the same or you could even use some of our pretty background stamps to decorate your sleigh!

Next up is Shona!

She used both circles from Ornament Tag to cut the little window and then tucked in a Holly Jolly Borders stamped circle! Such a cute little ornament! The sentiment from Lovely Blessings finishes off this cute card.
Using one of the circle dies from Ornament Tag, she cut 3 circles and then popped in Flurry Fri-Dies! I love that the flakes are the same color as the cardfront and the color comes from behind the flakes. Just darling! A little fussy cut sentiment finishes it off and this is another card you could easily make several of to send to your favorite friends and family :)

Last but not least is Kelly!

Ok, I am loving how she laid her Flurry flakes all over this card and trimmed the edges!  The mixture of plain white and glittery flakes adds a nice dimension. So clever how she stamped just a portion of the sentiment border stamp from Holly Jolly Borders! White embossed on Kraft always makes me happy :)
One sentiment from Lovely Blessings stamped a bazillion times! Such a fun and easy way to create a simple card especially if you need one in a hurry! The sponged on ink behind the top few lines of sentiments adds to fun ombre look. I love the combination of colors and the little bit of white space she created for the red sentiment to make it the focal point.

Are you getting excited about starting your Christmas cards yet? Wait til you see the great prices on so many of the sets we're showing you! The sale will end on September 30th or while supplies last. Hop on over to shop our SALE section, and then come back tomorrow for one more day of awesome ideas!

I hope you find some time to get your ink on today :)

Holiday Savings Parade Day 1

Happy Sunday!
We have an exciting 3 days for you filled with holiday delight!
The Girl Fridays have created stunning projects using lots of the sets that just hit our SALE section!
That's right! I said SALE!
Over the next 3 days you'll see lots of amazing ideas using Lovely Blessings, Noel Fri-Dies, Christmas Sparkle, Ornament Tag Fri-Dies, Flurry Fri-Dies and Holly Jolly Borders.
Originally I planned to bundle this special collection for you at a special price but then I thought, hey...what if someone already has some of the stuff in the bundle? So instead, I decided to just slash the prices on these awesome Christmas sets so that you can shop for the ones you need to add to your crafty stash! (I added a few more sets in that SALE section for even more shopping fun!)

Ready? Let's see some holiday happiness!

First up is Vicki!

I love the simplicity of the pretty Flurry flake on the pattern paper. The sentiment die cut from Noel looks so pretty on the vellum strip. This is a card idea you could easily borrow to use up some of your holiday print papers! It will be very mailable and has that wow factor.

I love how that big sentiment from Lovely Blessings fits so neatly on our Scallop Tag Fri-Dies!
That little Ornament Tag dressed up with a Flurry flake is so cute peaking out from behind it!

Next up is Jeanne!

I love how Jeanne scattered the little balls across this card! The toppers cut from gold glitter paper adds just the right sparkle affect! Awesome combination of Ornament Tag with Christmas Sparkle.

Oh I love that Holly Jolly chevron border stamped at an angle! So cute and the glittery Flurry flakes are stunning, aren't they? The cute sentiment is from Christmas Sparkle. The pink and red together just make me happy :)

Last but not least for today is Maureen!

I love the Holly Jolly Border stamped on the edge of her card next to her raised card panel. Did you see that little strip of glitter? And look how she made the ink colors fade into each other! She used those pretty colors on her accent snowflakes and the sentiment from Lovely Blessings.

Now this card is simply Holly Jolly'icious! She stamped the cute chevron a few times in happy colors and then added the sentiment border in between! The bit of twine with a tiny little jingle bell tied on takes the cake! So cute! This is another one that you could stamp a bunch of at one time and they are super mailable too!

Only Day 1 and I'm feeling like I could drop the mic right now!
We will be back tomorrow with more stunning creations and again on Tuesday!
In the meantime, shop now to get the sets you really want at their special savings! No code needed, they are priced for you in the SALE section until September 30th...or  while they last.

Autumn Greetings

Happy Friday!
Today I have a darling card for you from Kimberly.
She cleverly created a wreath using die cuts from Acorn Fri-Dies!
Check this out!

Here's what Kimberly said about creating this stunner:
"I used alcohol inks to create several color variations on glossy paper, and then die cut the leaves from the Acorn Fri-Dies. I formed them into a wreath shape and stamped and heat embossed the sentiment, also from Autumn Blessings, with copper embossing powder."

So cute!

I hope you find some time to get your ink on today :)

You're Pretty Amazing

Happy Tuesday!
I hope you are here to see a stunning card!
Vicki combined her stamping and coloring skills to create one dynamite card!

Ok, let's break this beauty down! She stamped our Full On Floral background in white on of my favorite color combos!
Next she stamped and cut Pretty Posies on Posies Fri-Dies and scattered them around her Truth Is Sentiment.

Look how pretty her coloring and shading is on this!
Vicki has a savings code for you on her blog!! Give her a visit to get details on this gorgeous card and find her code you can use to save on your next purchase!
