Dry Embossed background

Today I have a cute and fun card for you from Shona! 

She used Bubble Box Fri-Dies to cut out the fun shaped panels, then she dry embossed the white panel using one of the Fun-Fetti Fri-Dies! How fun is that?!

Her Little Birdies bird and sentiment are the star of the show.
